Payment Policy:
- The deposit must be paid within 14 days during low season (1 May—31 Oct) and 30 days during high season (1 Nov—30 April); otherwise, the booking will be automatically released.
- The client can make payment via bank account or request link payment to pay by card if preferred, there is bank fee subject to pay and is client’s responsibility
- If the cancellation made 14 days during low season (1 May – 31 Oct) or 30 days during high season (1 Nov – 30 April) prior to stay, you will receive a refund, minus a transaction fee charge.
